As a Business Automation Specialist, you will lead the optimization and delivery of RPA/DPA solutions to improve business efficiency and reduce operational costs. You’ll mentor junior developers, manage automation projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging non-technical audiences, and experience with tools like UiPath, Power Platform, or Blue Prism is highly valued. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize existing RPA/DPA processes for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Guide junior developers and share best practices in development and analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to design and deliver automated solutions, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost of operations.
• Support the analysis of complex cross-project requirements, capturing, validating, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with key strategic principles.
• Lead project management efforts for automation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language and ensuring stakeholder buy-in and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Experience in RPA and/or DPA development (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform).
- Power Platform Environment experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python is a plus.
- Practical experience in standard process analysis tools, requirements gathering, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming.
- Solid understanding of business challenges and how technical solutions using Process Automation tools can support business needs.
- Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines and resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
