Tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and objectives;
- Translate business requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, etc.);
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions;
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations;
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide insights based on data and industry knowledge;
- Ensure that proposed solutions comply with relevant regulations, particularly in compliance and banking contexts;
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst;
- Solid understanding of banking, financial services, or compliance processes and regulations;
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in preparing business and functional documentation, user stories, and process flows;
- Skilled in gathering and validating business requirements with stakeholders;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Must be based in Portugal.
