Role: Business Analyst (French)
Main Tasks:
• Completion of the study, including all deliverables required for this phase: impact assessment, costing, consideration of partners, acceptance and deployment strategy, security file, presentation of the solution to experts, etc.
• Functional design.
• Updating security documentation.
• Design and implementation of acceptance testing, including end-to-end.
• Monitoring of business acceptance testing.
• Monitoring of the pilot site.
• Assistance to users for change management.
• Post-MEP monitoring.
• Preparation and facilitation of monitoring committees and maintenance committees.
• Contribute with suggestions for team organization, aiming to improve efficiency in customer service, proposing and optimizing operational methods and being proactive in the search for continuous improvement.
• Support the business in expressing its needs, User Stories, writing functional specifications, acceptance testing (design of acceptance plans and notebooks, implementation of acceptance tests), approval and support to the business in change management/implementation monitoring.
Technical Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
o Analysis of the existing system
o Functional design
o Requirements gathering, business support
o Preparation and monitoring of committee meetings (maintenance, steering, monitoring and coordination, publisher exchange, etc.)
o Drafting of documentation (specifications, functional design file, strategy and acceptance specifications, procedures, risk analysis)
o Preparation and acceptance
o Preparation and monitoring of production launch
o Production incident management (analysis, diagnosis, coordination, monitoring, and communication)
o Agile Methodology
Valued Skills:
• Experience with transfers and their operation
• Ability to conduct constructive and meaningful discussions with Collections teams
Language Skills:
• English fluency (oral and written)
• French B2 minimum
