About the job
- The Securities Trade Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless processing and validation of securities transactions across multiple asset classes, including bonds, equities, repos, securities lending/borrowing, and loan trading. The role is responsible for trade capture, validation, reconciliation, documentation, and risk control across front-to-back workflows, supporting sales and trading desks while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide operational support for Sales and Trading desks across various asset classes, ensuring accurate trade booking and front-to-back process integrity
- Validate and allocate trades, ensuring bookings feed correctly into back office systems
- Manage trade matching and confirmation processes across various platforms, ensuring trades are allocated, validated and discrepancies are resolved quickly
- Perform reconciliations and exception management to mitigate operational risk and ensure trade accuracy
- Support client lifecycle management, including onboarding, reference data maintenance, and documentation validation
- Manage collateral workflows, including posting and withdrawing
- Handle high volumes of transactions, ensuring that all trades are processed accurately and within tight deadlines while minimizing risk and exposure
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including sales & trading desks, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams, to resolve trade-related issues and ensure smooth settlement
- Continuously enhance operational efficiency through automation and process improvement initiatives
- Actively participate in process reviews and contribute to building more effective and scalable operations
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel
- Ability to collaborate
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Critical thinking and and client focused
