Bids & Tender Specialist Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Portugal
Objectives of the Position
Maintains a functional knowledge of the organization’s various product contracts and service agreements to promote customer awareness and understanding of applicable product features, business practices, and associated contractual implications.
Coordinates efficient and effective customer communications and contract management by ensuring all contract related information is entered into the organization’s contract management system.
Helps review current contract administration and management processes and contributes to the implementation of new policies and process optimizations.
Initiates basic pre-sale and post-signature contract support duties including fulfilling due diligence requests, processing modifications, close-out tasks, communicating with contracted parties and answering inquiries.
Ensures the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms by communicating with the business unit team members and relevant cross-functional personnel.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (requirement).
Experience of medical device, minimum of 2 years is required.
Preferred to live in Lisbon area
Knowledge of the orthopedic and medical device environment is strongly preferred.
