Your Missions :
As an Assistant Campsite Manager, you will lead a team but also step in hands-on: you know how to replace your team at a moment’s notice!
- Organize the catering/maintenance departments and manage your team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, buildings, green spaces, and the pool.
- Comply with regulatory obligations: urban planning, hygiene, and safety of property and people.
During the restaurant service period (July/August + holidays), you will also take charge of the catering department alongside your other responsibilities:
- Develop the restaurant's revenue.
- Prepare pizzas and platters while adhering to established processes.
- Manage orders and stocks in collaboration with local suppliers.

- You are passionate about customer relations, and service is second nature to you.
- You trust your team and enjoy guiding and helping them grow.
- Organized, you can handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- A true all-rounder, you thrive in hands-on work, versatility, and unexpected challenges.
- You love the outdoors, which is important for living in nature and sharing your passion with our clients.
- Authentic, you know how to maintain a friendly relationship with clients and local partners.
- You have a driver’s license and, since more than 50% of our clients are international: you speak English fluently !

- 3 months Fixed-Term contract (September – November 2025)

- Salary 1153€ in 14 months (gross monthly salary)
- Subsidiary of alimentation 6€/working day
- Free accommodation at the campsite.
