Mission

Drive sustainable revenue growth by optimising pricing, inventory, and distribution. Use data‑driven insights to make strategic decisions and test new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximise revenue.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and macro‑economic factors affecting demand.

  • Analyse sales and occupancy data; prepare regular revenue forecasts and reports.

  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate rate loading across all systems and channels.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align commercial strategy.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and experiment with innovative approaches.

  • Promote a revenue‑management culture across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Tourism, Mathematics or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 2–3 years of experience in revenue management or similar commercial roles.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel/SQL and BI tools.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

  • Innovative thinker who enjoys testing new strategies and learning from results.

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; fluent in Portuguese and English.

  • Familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel management tools.
