We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is 25 hours per week, worked as 5 hours per day across 5 days, with flexible start and finish times.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Undertake reception duties to support the day to day requirements of the area including answering phones, basic data entry referring queries to appropriate contact
Meet and greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Assist Manager to identify, establish, improve and maintain administrative processes
Operation, maintenance and security of record keeping systems and software
Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering.
Provide information to clients and visitors ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner
Other duties as directed
ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
Demonstrated experience with the Demonstrated experience in the use of IT applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
