ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Training officer - French speaker. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and define with managers the training needs to ensure the development of their employees,
• Process training requests in compliance with Alten processes,
• Manage the administrative, financial and logistical aspects of the training to be deployed,
• Manage the interface between employees and their managers and ensure coordination with training organizations,
• Manage the training budget for the perimeter.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the field,
• Fluent in French and good level of English
• Knowledge how training is organized,
  Rigorous and dynamic, you have a good analytical mind,
• A good communicator (written and oral) and diplomatic, you will naturally establish yourself with internal contacts and suppliers.
