Richemont is looking for a talented Group Technology Test Manager, to help our luxury Maisons during their digital transformation journey, with a specific focus on Client & Market domain and its products.
The Test Manager will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones and at different management levels.
He/she is responsible to manage an initiative from a Quality Assurance (QA) standpoint and in support to the Program Manager and the team assigned to the initiative. Therewith he/she anticipates, organizes and drives activities around integrated testing with stakeholders within and across Technology Product Areas of our domains. The scope of activity therefore embraces analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test procedures at every stage of the initiative process, as well as defining testing strategies and test plans to be executed as part of the validation processes.
The Test Manager will also recognize when test automation is appropriate to ease the integrated tests and run regression test campaign, together with a QA engineer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Test management
About Test Strategies & Integrated testing principles

Define the Test Strategy to be applied based on the best practices and initiative specificities, especially the related Release Plan.

Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per the standards defined by the organization.

Understand the integrated testing effort by analyzing the requirements and constraints of the initiative.

Anticipate integration challenges, by proposing “Integrated Testing Checkpoints” for relevant cross-team deliverables.
About Test Plans and their execution

Develop Test plans, identify dependencies and resources required to run each test phase.

Write/review/validate the Test cases documentation.

Coordinate definition of test prerequisites such as data, configuration and environment readiness.

Establish a test traceability matrix and ensure requirements coverage.

Organize the relevant meetings around integrated testing within the initiative (kick-off, follow-up, closing, etc.)

Execute defect tracking activities such as issues triage and resolution follow-up.

Prepare QA metrics (on test execution and defects) dashboard and update at the end of each test phase.
Around the delivery and ways of working
General Information

Thoroughly apply Richemont compliance and security requirements across initiatives.

Act as a coordinator of QA Engineers (incl. near-shore, if needed) contributing to the delivery of the Initiative.

Ensure that frameworks, tools, methodologies, and best practices are applied/used consistently throughout teams, while allow for customization where it is fit for purpose.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Graduated in an Engineering School, Master degree or Bachelor in business, digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering or science.

ISTQB or ISEB certification is suitable.

Fluent English is required, French is a plus as other languages (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese)

5 to 10 years of experience in integrated Test management in an international context.

Past experience as QA engineer is highly suitable

Proven history of leading QA activities with full responsibility for corresponding deliverables

Proven ability to perform and organize end-to-end testing.

Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies

Proven experience in Retail and/or E-commerce domains

Prior experience in system integration and data migration projects is a strong plus.
