About the Role
The Strategy Analyst will support the Global Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A in developing, presenting and executing the company's global strategy across the entire spectrum of strategy creation, embedding, and execution. The role involves transforming executive direction into actionable strategy, highly professional documentation, as well as integration into core processes, such as business plans and client strategy. The Strategy Analyst will also work closely with cross-functional teams in analyzing data, monitoring industry trends, and assisting in the development and refinement of Corporate Strategy.
Responsabilities
- Support the Global Head of Strategy and M&A in the development and refinement of the global corporate strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals, including relevant KPIs.
- Help prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, on strategic initiatives and KPI performance; seamless integration of input from eg consulting partners etc.
- Support cross-functional strategic planning processes with the goal of establishing a consistent strategic planning cadence; assist in establishing and developing a core set of strategic KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, evolutions in client demands, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to identify market shifts and areas for investment; harmonize insights with M&A teams.
- Provide analytical support on opportunities in innovation, expansion, and portfolio evolution; work with incomplete information and data and still derive insights and direction, using eg data analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or another relevant field.
- Fluent English (oral and written), other European languages a plus.
- Up to 5 years of experience in strategy or a related field, ideally gathered both in a strategy consulting and corporate environment.
- Exceptional presentation creation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with corporate strategic planning processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under uncertainty.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Professional acumen in data analytics tools and techniques a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical diagnostics sector a plus.
- Experience working in an agile environment and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team/company environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic, senior environment.
- Ability to think, speak and listen both independently and in a team.
