PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programmes, and processes on a local and partially European and global level
- Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues
- Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required)
- Timely execute assigned tasks and more complex issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements, e.g.
- Administrating procurement, invoicing and financial processes and reporting incl. recharging if required
- Oversee and execute tax calculations of individual and collective events, tickets, catering, company sports, and any other benefit in kind concept
- Drive the continuous improvement of internal documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles and act as a reliable author of nominated articles
- Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures
- Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts
- Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas’ Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreement

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
- Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to work with high volume and transactional administration issues
- Team player mentality
- Strong customer focus and service minded
- International mind-set; first experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance
- Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commercial education or University Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
- Excellent command of English; Good command of German would be a plus
- Strong experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR tools
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Excel
- Specialized skills in work area - Broad knowledge in functional area
