We seek experienced Senior Techno-Functional Experts to support the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM platform in the following roles:
- Solution Expert – Foundation & Core HR: Hands-on expertise in core HR processes, employee lifecycle management, self-service tools, data models, and foundation setup
- Solution Expert – Technical Cross-Domain: Skilled in integrations, data loads, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, and Oracle Guided Learning. JavaScript and SQL are a plus
As a Solution Expert, you will:
- Develop and support a global people platform
- Collaborate in a close-knit, expert team
- Drive digital transformation through technology
- Ensure timely, effective solution delivery
- Advise on best practices and solution options
- Contribute to areas like Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, or Onboarding
You have:
- 3–7 years of experience with SaaS-based HR solutions, ideally Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM
- Strong technical skills in analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- HR process knowledge and industry best practices
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong teamwork in a global environment
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM modules (Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, or Onboarding)
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
