ROLE:
- National and International SEO Management: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for both national and international markets, aiming to boost organic visibility, attract qualified traffic, and drive conversions.
- Data Analysis & Cross-Department Strategy: Analyse traffic data, rankings, and user behaviour to generate actionable insights. Collaborate closely with tech and paid media teams to create a fully integrated digital strategy.
- Tools & Reporting Ownership: Design, build, and optimize SEO dashboards and performance reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of the brand’s organic presence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
- Proven SEO experience (minimum 2 years)
- Strong command of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
- Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
- Good organizational skills
