What will you do?
You will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support to account executives;
- Treatment of documentation (insurers and clients);
- Prepare and update of statistical maps;
- Develop technical knowledge;
- Point of contact between client area, our clients and insurers.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Graduates in management/economics/ or other.
- Analytical skills and customer orientation.
- Insurance experience and/or brokerage insurance firms experience.
- Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
