YOUR ROLE
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to design scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications that align with Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Write and manage user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Help identify and resolve blockers or gaps in requirements.
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise user stories.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA) concepts and frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities or similar platforms.
- Background in education, public sector, or data-driven projects.
