Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and develop Sales Development Representative teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
- Ensure team performance meets KPIs and targets by organizing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans
- Provide coaching and mentoring while maintaining clear communication with both local management and international partner teams
- Contribute to the growth of the lead generation division in Portugal and act as a local implementer of strategic campaign plans
- Summarize and present performance results to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
You have/are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader within a B2B sales/teleprospecting team
- Native-level fluency in Dutch or German is required. Proficiency in both languages is a strong plus
- Very good command of English
- Organized and able to structure team activities efficiently
- Pragmatic in decision-making and problem-solving
- Result-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving KPIs and team goals
