TP Portugal is looking for a high performing Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Reddit digital advertising sales team. In this role, you will lead and optimize sales operations, empower your team to hit revenue goals, and drive both growth from existing customer accounts and new business acquisition. What Will You Do?
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead and support the sales teams in identifying, acquiring, and closing new business, contributing directly to Reddit’s advertiser growth;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Reddit client partners to drive measurable revenue outcomes across both existing customer accounts and newly acquired advertisers;
- Execute a disciplined daily sales cadence to ensure high productivity and high-quality sales outcomes;
- Ensure program effectiveness by owning, monitoring, and managing performance metrics and KPIs.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, provide timely feedback, and implement strategic recommendations to optimize team performance and processes;
- Enable your team to recognize and expand revenue opportunities within client accounts;
- Improve customer experience and increase future lifetime value through effective onboarding, product adoption, and customer enablement;
- Maximize team productivity through proactive coaching, development, mentoring, and performance management;
- Represent the program confidently in WBR, MBR, and QBR forums, ensuring data-driven updates and strategic alignment.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience;
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience and 3+ years in sales leadership or operations management;
- Strong familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ecosystems;
- Fluent English (C1–C2), with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a hybrid working environment;
- Proven executive presence and confidence managing senior stakeholders;
- Highly resilient, with strong emotional intelligence, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and dedication to excellence;
- Competitive mindset with a desire to be the best and exceed targets;
- A sales-driven approach to decision-making and team leadership;
- Strong data fluency with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business outcomes;
- Skilled in communication, time management, and delivering compelling presentations;
