Core Sales Operations
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity, including pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Support sales leaders with performance analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue tracking, invoicing, and deal bookings.
- Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and compliance across the sales cycle.
Engagement Platform–Specific Operational Controls
- Consumption Analysis: Conduct thorough usage analysis for each Engagement Platform client to ensure accurate billing for all consumption-based services.
- Purchase Order Oversight: Implement and manage controls for the generation and administration of purchase orders, ensuring they are issued in a timely and compliant manner.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contract lifecycles for Engagement Platform customers, ensuring all active clients have a signed agreement, and proactively manage renewals or amendments.
- Contract Validation: Develop and enforce a comprehensive checklist for validating all new contracts and renewals, including pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.
- Contract Transfer: Manage the migration of existing contracts to CoreMedia Portugal, and where no contract exists, ensure execution of CoreMedia’s terms and conditions.
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in a software/SaaS company.
- Proven track record working with ACV-based sales models and long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Expert user of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud).
- Strong understanding of contract administration and purchase order processes.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); Portuguese is a plus.
