The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing Web3 startup building blockchain-based loyalty infrastructure for consumer brands. Their platform helps companies turn engagement into on-chain experiences by creating interoperable, gamified loyalty programs that connect users across ecosystems. They currently active in Europe and Latin America, working with brands to rethink how communities are built and rewarded.
The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them expand their client pipeline. This person will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential B2B leads, especially brands and agencies curious about loyalty mechanics.
Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential clients aligned with their value proposition
– Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
– Book discovery calls and coordinate handoffs to the founders or BD team
– Track interactions and progress using CRM tools
– Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Confidence in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
– Experience dealing with volume KPIs
– Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
– Prior SDR or lead generation experience is required.
