About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s a great conversationalist - someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and learning what makes them tick.
You’ll be having 1-on-1, 60-minute conversations with career coaches to understand their business and their goals. These are not high-pressure sales calls. Instead, they’re discovery calls where you’ll explore their story, their business, and what they’re working toward.
If they’re a strong fit, you’ll book them in for a complimentary follow-up coaching call with Davis.
If they’re not ready yet or a good fit, you’ll still leave them better off - with thoughtful recommendations and free resources.
What You’ll Do
- Host engaging discovery calls
- Get to know career coaches - their story, goals, and challenges.
- Identify if they’re a good fit for our programs and book a complimentary coaching call for them if they are
- Update the CRM on a daily basis and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow up with helpful, personalized resources if they’re not a fit (yet).
- Represent Purple Circle with warmth, clarity, and curiosity.
You’d Be Great If
You love talking to people - and you’re good at it.
- You’re a great listener and know how to guide a conversation without dominating it.
- You’re curious by nature and genuinely care about people’s stories.
- You’re comfortable being on camera and having your voice shared publicly.
- You can work US hours (location is flexible as long as the time zone lines up).
- You’re organized and follow through on what you say you’ll do.
Nice-to-Haves
- You have some experience in sales, coaching, customer support, or admissions.
You’re already familiar with the coaching or personal development space.
