About the role
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We’re looking for a Customer Operations Admin to join our dynamic team and support our external customer base. You’ll be expected to handle office tasks such as maintaining the appropriate filing system, generating and preparing reports, setting up meetings, coordinating the logistics for office events, and making office supplies arrangements.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the follow up of orders from external customers in close collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams
- Be in close contact with customers sending information of orders status as well receiving orders updates
- Support the Sales Team for sales to external customers
- Work with the management systems implemented in the company for order management
- Manage billing and credit notes
- Support Finance on payments
- Work in close collaboration with other departments on Service claims
- Ensure the treatment of general documentation, archive and correspondence management, as well as specific documentation like the ones for credit letters
About you
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service work experience
- Outstanding communication, team collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment
- Proven proactive approach to problem solving and a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent written and verbal English (Mandatory), other European language is an advantage
- Advanced in MS Office (particularly Excel), SAP is a plus
