Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level minimum) and English (B2) Provide timely and high-quality support for tech products to a diverse, global user base. This scope covers the clear and operational framework that drives our support performance, ensuring agile, efficient, and high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming support inquiries– via email and chat – with efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Maintain adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
What you will be offered:
- Salary of 1000 euros gross x 14
