About the role: As the Product Manager for Riskified’s Account Secure domain, you’ll help protect online shoppers from account takeover and fraud while ensuring seamless access for trusted users. Account Secure is a key product in Riskified’s portfolio, safeguarding customer accounts and expanding its coverage across the account lifecycle.
This is a high-impact role that touches identity, authentication, and fraud detection. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, analysts, and fellow PMs to build innovative capabilities that detect suspicious behavior, enforce adaptive authentication, and improve the overall user experience during login. This role involves addressing complex security challenges through data and technology, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you'll be doing:

Define and own the product roadmap, translating strategy into initiatives and features aligned with business and customer needs.
- Lead product discovery to understand identity challenges and inform roadmap development.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to prioritize, deliver, and drive adoption of impactful solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape product direction.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, support implementation, and ensure product success.
- Track key metrics to assess performance and contribute to broader product strategy.
Requirements:

3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or online payments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams, familiarity with AI-based products and technologies.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy for end users and a focus on building secure, user-friendly solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity and authentication concepts (e.g., MFA, RBA) - a strong advantage.
- Experience in a global company and fluent English—required.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
