Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our GBS team, primarily supporting recruitment for both Coimbra and Lisbon. While the main focus of the role is end-to-end recruitment, this person will occasionally support workplace-related topics in Coimbra, always in coordination with the focal point based in Lisbon.

  • Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection.

  • Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and x-ray searching.

  • Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business.

  • Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business.

  • Attending career events and other Employer Branding events.

  • Provide light, on-demand support for workplace-related matters in Coimbra, in coordination with the focal point based in Lisbon (e.g., assisting suppliers or vendors on-site when required).

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.

  • Well developed sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.

  • Experience/knowledge of corporate recruitment in Engineering, IT, Finance and related areas.

  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment with established deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.

  • Customer focused who can deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and data driven.

  • Availability to travel to the Lisbon office on a regular basis.

  • Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.
