As a Receptionist at our Guest house in Lisboa, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Portuguese and possess a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role. As the Front desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Requisitos : Responsible for: · Liaising with all departments within the hotel. · The check-in and check-out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reser-vations, answering all calls, and assisting guests with all guest requests. · Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable. Your skills: · Outstanding customer service skills. · English and Portuguese are mandatory. Spanish or French will be preferred. · Proven experience in the field of Hospitality of minimum 1 years. · Fantastic attention to detail. · Passion for hospitality and customer service. · Good time management. · Basic knowledge of Microsoft office. · Age range: 22-35 years old. Females/Males · Work in Lisboa/Cascais. · Immediate availability. · Working schedule from 8h30-17h30 or 13h30 to 22h00. Full time, 2 rotating days off per week.
