Customer REP carrying out the different tasks related to the full order process, telephone customer service, e commerce management and development, information and complaints management, handling of offers and prices to customers and invoice rectifications. Integrated management of home patient operations in compliance with EHS, GDP and Ethics and Compliance requirements.

  • Receive and process customer orders according company procedures.
  • Homecare orders /stock take or another channels.
  • Customer hospital orders and Ecommerce orders
  • Receive, reply or forward to respective departments the different customer

queries.

  • Receive complaints and take adequate action according company procedures.
  • Process loan requests according company procedure.
  • Process returns requests according to company procedure.
  • Process Travel Club orders.
  • Initiate new customer request process and update existing ones.
  • Support commercial team needs and training need it.
  • Send company documentation accordingly customer request.
  • Customer and ecommerce orders
  • Invoice & Credit notes for CS department and another ones.
  • Comply with all quality, environmental, hygiene and safety policies.
  • Collaboration about new portals and digitalization procedures.
  • Continue learning CS tools and new / existing process.
