Responsibilities - your mission
The AGBS R2A Systems team is part of Tech Hub with a team working on SAP FICO activities.
The mission of this position is mainly supporting the AGBS team on HR and GBS office topics and aligning with the different Functional Managers expectations with the AGBS strategy and resources. The position will be on top of your own operational role and activities. You will be required to provide guidance to the AGBS team members ensuring they have the right tools, system access, provide services with high quality, have a balanced workload and respect Airbus values.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for management dimensions of the team (performance assessment, compensation, competencies assessment, development, training and career path design) in alignment with GBS Manager.
Active contribution to the team strategy.
Be able to identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement in each domain that is part of the team.
Ensure strict compliance with GBS and HR policies and procedures.
Support the AGBS recruitment and onboarding newcomers.
Share and cascade central information to the local team.
Manage and balance the team workload
Update relevant SAP FICO documentation (e.g. SOPs,….)
Ensure team deliverables quality
Be able to identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement.
Create a wellbeing working atmosphere and act in respect with Airbus values.
Support the CoP transition and implement regular reporting to the Functional Managers (clients)
Acting as a primary Technical referee for local team and to be the focal point for the Functional Managers
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
A Bachelor or Master degree related to IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration.
At least 5 years experience in a corporate environment.
Experience in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Concur or SAP ABAP.
Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to effectively work with colleagues in other countries and regions. This ideally includes international and multicultural working and living experience.
Positive, energetic, assertive, collaborative, resilient and solution-oriented attitude.
Robust analytical, critical thinking capabilities and effective decision making skills.
Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner
Strong capabilities in innovation and identification of areas of improvement.
Ability to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, verbally or written, with different levels of management in the organization.

Good negotiation skills with ability to convince and motivate colleagues and stakeholders according to the AGBS strategy, vision and mission.
Language Skills: Negotiation level in English
