Responsibilities
- Define project goals and prioritize features for Power Platform solutions
- Manage integration and connectivity with other systems
- Proactively monitor platform performance and optimize resource utilization
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Plan and coordinate platform updates and upgrades
- Evaluate and enhance Power Platform solutions based on user feedback
- Provide training resources and conduct training sessions
- Encourage collaboration among makers and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Establish a user community to promote knowledge sharing and proficiency
- Gather and analyze usage data for continuous improvement
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Troubleshoot integration issues and manage alerts for performance monitoring
- Collaborate closely with Power Platform Admin to align technical and business aspects
- Document platform updates and maintain compatibility with customizations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong integration management skills
- Proven requirements analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with data protection regulations
- B2+ English proficiency
Nice to have
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with data integration tools
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Experience in user training and support
