Responsibilities

• Define project goals and prioritize features for Power Platform solutions
• Manage integration and connectivity with other systems
• Proactively monitor platform performance and optimize resource utilization
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Plan and coordinate platform updates and upgrades
• Evaluate and enhance Power Platform solutions based on user feedback
• Provide training resources and conduct training sessions
• Encourage collaboration among makers and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Establish a user community to promote knowledge sharing and proficiency
• Gather and analyze usage data for continuous improvement
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Troubleshoot integration issues and manage alerts for performance monitoring
• Collaborate closely with Power Platform Admin to align technical and business aspects
• Document platform updates and maintain compatibility with customizations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong integration management skills
• Proven requirements analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with data protection regulations
• B2+ English proficiency

Nice to have

• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with data integration tools
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Experience in user training and support
