The role of Product Owner - Compression Field Service Reports is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process of field service report writing and approval. This includes the creation, refinement, and optimization of field service reports, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and timely approval.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop standardized procedures and templates for field service reports to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Oversee the report writing process from inception to approval, managing timelines and workflow for efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
- Collaborate with field employees, managers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve report content and processes.
- Provide training and support to field employees on report writing best practices and reporting tools.
- Establish a streamlined approval process for timely review and sign-off of field service reports, while analyzing data for trends and insights.
What You Bring
- Possess technical expertise in field service operations and reporting processes, with familiarity in compression equipment as a plus.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and generate concise insights for decision-making.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Have proven project management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Show excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the field service industry.
