Within Fin Tech & Product Enablement we are building world-class platform-centric solutions that drive sustainable revenue growth, and enhance Customer Experience across our Vodafone markets, partner networks, and business customers, creating long-term value for the organisation.
The role owns technical products and defines requirements, epics and stories for these platforms, mainly API Mgmt and Exposure.
The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the full end-to-end product lifecycle aspects from consulting parties with prospect demands, requirements analysis and definition, prioritization and sprint planning over implementation acceptance to lifecycle KPIs, following agile methodologies like Kanban,Scrum at scale and SaFe.
Further, the role manages the liaison with demand raisers, which includes educating on potential re-use of existing products, requirements definition, feedback on analysis, cost estimates and implementation dates.
The Technical Product Owner educates the Scrum team(s) on objectives and milestones and set priorities of Stories for the sprints, knowing features, functions and use of the technical products in a very profound way.
- Very strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders of diversified skillsets and built long-lasting relationships;
- Experienced in owning a Product Roadmap and driving its implementation;
- Strong decision-making capabilities;
- Deep understanding of API technology business value;
- Proven track record delivering complex strategic projects in the areas of communications, web or mobile services using of Agile practices of Product Development;
- Experienced working in multi-national and multi-location teams.

- Ownership of the priorities assigned by the team dealership for the Digital API Exposure capabilities roadmap: Understand business needs and steer the roadmap and delivery teams;
- Accountability for end-to-end delivery of the roadmap items in alignment with the Vodafone organisation - identify, manage and resolve dependencies and risks;
- Decide on priorities to Optimize team’s throughput - define requirements and break down into incremental value added deliveries
- Ownership of Service success through the lifecycle – Define, monitor and proactively act upon performance indicators which reflect IoT Platform success;
- Create products and capabilities with high degree of re-usability, e.g. same or similar requirement / challenge in the future can be met without incremental cost;
- Analyse usage of products incl. correlation patterns and define potential technical enhancements.
