The role
We believe in making lives easier by building outstanding experiences.
We're looking for inspired and curious people to join the design function to help develop the culture, and define principles to set the direction for the future of GoCardless products.
The team strives to deliver meaningful change to the people and processes we serve. Whether it's an internal tool or an outward-facing product, we take pride in our craft, from insight to application.
This role focusses outside of our core payments offering to bring even more value to our customers through innovation and experimentation. This could include improvements to the payer experience making it easier for customers to choose GoCardless at checkout, or designing innovative AI products that help merchants make better decisions.
As the ideal candidate, you can work autonomously, can collaborate well with different teams, are familiar with all UX best practices, and have strong visual design skills. Existing experience with experimentation practices are beneficial.

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
