You are:
- An experienced professional in analytics;
- Solid expertise in procurement at least 1 year;
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP;
- A professional with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment;
- A professional with customer-first mindset;
- Attentive to details;
- Advanced level of English and Spanish;
A day in the life of...
- Act as the first level of support for any procurement requests within scope: SAP, EasyBuy, PR/PO creation, PO closure, Procurement approvals, technical questions
- Facilitate continuous improvement to drive value to the business: ensuring root cause analysis of mistakes identified, driving processes standardization and simplification, support automation
- Prepare and conduct trainings/learning materials for Operational Requestors on markets regarding operational topics, new tools, global initiatives etc.
- Handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market and provide analysis/resolution
