As a Procurement Intern, you will support the procurement team in ensuring smooth and accurate purchasing operations.
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in supply chain management, vendor relations, and administrative coordination in a stimulating and evolving workplace.

What you will do
As part of the global procurement team, the intern will be involved in key activities that support the department’s operations, including:
Support sourcing activities and supplier selection by participating in requests for proposals and market evaluations.
Manage and accurately update supplier master data to ensure up-to-date information in company systems.
Assist in preparing and managing contracts and related administrative documentation, ensuring compliance and proper archiving.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify and gather purchasing needs in a timely manner.
Monitor purchase order status, manage deliveries, and provide support in case of delays or issues.
Conduct cost analysis and compare received offers, providing data to support strategic purchasing decisions and cost optimization.
Communicate effectively with national and international suppliers to negotiate terms and coordinate operational activities.
Who You Are
A Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
A compliance-focused approach, with precision and a strong sense of responsibility
A flexible, solution-driven attitude, capable of adapting to dynamic environments
Fluency in English (knowledge of another European language is a plus)
