Reporting to the Procurement & Performance Expense Claims Team Leader, the Expense Claims Implementation Manager position is part of the Invoice Processing Digitalisation department staffing, integrated in the Expense Claims team, and will oversee implementing, making evolutions and maintaining a common expense claims administration tool (Sap Concur Expense and Request) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model
Your Main Activities Are
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (MOA, MOE, Customer, Sap Concur etc.) and ensure technical feasibility of the project (deployments, internal projects, reorganization…)
Support the functional implementation specification and configuration of a common expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model
Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Translate customer needs into functional specifications in line with the Core Model
Plan, execute and close projects
Define test procedures; execute test scenarios and follow-up on test result
Gather business requirements and perform business analysis if needed
Assess risk and provide risk response plan
Simplify and harmonize operational processes
Increase visibility of the Expense claims generated by BNP Paribas entities
Accompany internal clients on the right use of the process and tool, including documentation and training sessions for end users
Follow-up the operation relationship with the vendor Sap Concur
Identify potential tool & reporting enhancements in line with the Core Model
Translate customer needs into functional specifications in line with the Core Model
Validate technical specifications proposed and delivered by the IT team
Define test procedures; execute test scenarios and follow-up on test results
Write user guides and prepare training material for end users and internal support
Provide functional second level support on complex issues and incidents
Participate in the development of the new organizational structure and functions and implement them
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Information Technology
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analyst or Implementation Manager
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Experience in Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur, other)
Experience in Implementation of systems
SAP user knowledge (SAP FI/CO/MM/SD)
Knowledge on Project management methodologies
Adaptation to new IT tools
Capability to understand the E2E process of Source to Pay
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
Fluency in English
Team spirit and team work
Self-starter, dynamic and proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations
Negotiation, unblocking situations and results oriented skills
