What are we looking for?
- Up to 15 years of experience in the role for the contracted service
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and with global teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence tools (valued)
- Experience in strategic projects
- Language skills (written and spoken): English (mandatory), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued)
- Advanced knowledge of the relevant technology
- Experience in designing/architecting solutions on the specified technology/platform
- Certifications in the relevant technologies/platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years developing solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proven experience in solution architecture with a focus on Power Platform, Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft services (Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint)
- Advanced knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Proficiency in Power Automate, including complex flows, premium connectors, and integration with external APIs
- Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and security (RBAC)
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), use of managed solutions, pipelines, and DevOps for Power Platform
- Familiarity with governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) practices within the Power Platform
- Skills in JavaScript, Power Fx, and C# (preferred)
- PL-600 or PL-400 certification will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English
- Availability to work from the Porto or Lisbon offices when needed
- Experience with Agent exploration
