The incumbent will deliver payroll services (including benefit management) according to the service catalog:


We count on you for :

Under the guidance of the Payroll Regional/Country Lead, he/she will perform following tasks:

  • Deliver operational services under the operational scope, in a timely manner and high accuracy, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance.
  • Provide prompt and effective response and solutions to stakeholders according to Process documentation
  • Process confidential data
  • Propose, support or lead initiatives in process and performance improvements
  • Procedures and operational database maintained & updated
  • Implement and follow up the Group and local rules, policies, and procedures, within their own domain.
  • Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations made by internal auditors, Service Units, and Service Lines.
  • Take ownership of each inquiry, manage each request effectively, dispatch and escalate unresolved problems.
  • Be able to manage several topics and prioritize the most urgent ones.
  • Provide translations on request and deliver training in HR tools and processes
  • Collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • For country focal (1 person in 1 country), act as consultant to business leader’s/HR colleagues on payroll process and policies


You will bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, ...or similar.
  • Experience in payroll
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and knowledge of another language (especially English) is a plus
  • Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel, ...), knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Being a team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and good time management
  • Being curious and eager to improve his/her own knowledge
  • Proactive and autonomous working style
