We're now looking for a talented and motivated Pastry Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and lead our pastry section with pride and creativity.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading the pastry section across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
- Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Designing and producing a range of seasonal desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Managing prep, stock rotation, and mise en place for the pastry section
- Training and supporting junior pastry chefs and kitchen porters
- Ensuring impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Contributing ideas for menus, specials, and product development
What Do You Need?
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a busy, quality-led kitchen
- Excellent pastry and baking skills with attention to detail and presentation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confidence in stock control, ordering, and kitchen systems
- Calm, organised and focused under pressure
- Passion for pastry and a flair for creativity
- Fluent in Portuguese (English is a bonus, not essential)
