- Monitor and drive the development of organized trade channels and key accounts within the assigned region, aligning actions with customer needs and BAT's strategic objectives.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their strategies and influence key decisions to strengthen BAT’s market positioning.
- KA strategy effectively while identifying growth opportunities to improve BAT’s performance and visibility within the channel.
- Support the National KA Manager in aligning strategy with field teams, monitor implementation progress, and ensure execution excellence.
- Set and deliver on volume, distribution, merchandising, and activation targets in accordance with market potential and company goals.
- Use market insights for data-driven resource allocation, conduct regular audits, and manage performance to enhance sales and visibility.
- Promote a KA management culture by mentoring team members and field forces, and ensuring effective use of account management tools.
- Build strong partnerships with strategic accounts, ensure proper execution of trade agreements, and foster internal collaboration to meet servicing standards.
- At least 2 years key account management experience in a renowned FMCG company
- Strong inter-personal skills and a good communicator
- Ability to manage up, down and laterally.
- Strategic thinking with good analytical skills.

- A good implementer of plans with attention to details
- Computer literate
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent / Operational level English language is a plus
