WTW is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Intern Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants. You'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, working closely with various business units to attract and hire top talent.
As a Junior Intern Recruiter, your day-to-day activities will include:
- Job Posting and Advertising: Crafting and posting engaging job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- CV Screening: Reviewing and screening resumes to identify the best candidates for our open positions.
- Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating our candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Reporting: Generating insightful recruitment reports and providing valuable insights on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
- Projects : Take part in any ongoing projects (eg. continuous improvement, tools)
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability for a 6 months IEFP contract
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
