Responsibilities
- Support Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and general office IT
- Manage incidents via Jira
- Provide in-person user support
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain clear documentation
- Collaborate with internal IT Primary technician
Requirements
- At least 3 years of L1/L2 IT support experience
- Experience with Jira
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking
- Fluent in English, Portuguese is a very appreciated plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
