Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Shareholding Support Analyst plays a role in optimizing and supporting Employee Shareholding operations and various Human Resources processes for Europe. His role is to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and data integrity by engaging directly in core activities. The Shareholding Support Analyst will act as a liaison, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Individual Shareholders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (e.g. Uptevia, payroll vendors) to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement within the operational and HR landscape
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise directly with the external service provider to report and manage any changes to shareholder data (e.g. employee departures, entity changes)
Validate incoming early release requests to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures
For entity payment, accurately dispatch sales of shares, dividend and fractional rights payments to shareholders
To assist employee Shareholders on their formalities (process explanation, online account access, etc.)
Are you a MATCH?
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar analytical position within a complex organization
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management tools (e.g., MyHR, or similar)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, document verification, and process execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Individual Shareholders, HRBP, COE C&B, Finance, Legal)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to speak additional languages relevant to the company's operations
