Your Mission: Lead Payroll Operations in Europe for a Global Leader
As the BSC HR Payroll Services Manager for EAMEI, you will report directly to the G-BSC HR Operations Director for EAMEI. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and optimize payroll operations for 20 European countries . You'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, enforce compliance with local labor laws, and lead key project implementations, including migrations to new systems like STRADA.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding employee support. You will be at the forefront of our strategic HR initiatives, managing a large, multicultural team and driving service excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach team leaders and their teams. Attract, develop, and retain a highly skilled workforce willing to develop their Payroll expertise, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
Operational Excellence: E nsure all Payroll services meet agreed-upon performance levels (KPIs) and compliance requirements. Act as a key escalation point for urgent issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Manage the annual budget for HR BSC Payroll Services, contribute to financial planning, and follow up on cost-reduction opportunities.
Process Improvement: Implement the global G-BSC HR Payroll service delivery model, identify process efficiencies, and recommend new technologies to enhance service delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the PMO and other Operations teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 10-15 years of HR experience in Payroll, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a shared services or center of excellence environment.
Skills: Proven ability to manage huge teams ( around 50 in several locations) and a deep understanding of payroll operations across multiple European countries. Experience with HR payroll systems (STRADA is a strong asset).
Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
