Pernod Ricard Portugal is hiring a Finance Control Analyst for the Finance department, located in Lisbon.
This person will have as main responsibilities:
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement tools and procedures that foster a robust control environment and enhance operational efficiency.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to main drivers of P/L statement and BS position, as well as accurate Cash flow analysis and estimations
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to both Pernod Ricard Group and internal stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and its accruals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Support the development of quarterly financial projections, enabling foresight in financial planning.
Elaborate and deliver comprehensive financial reports to relevant stakeholders, maintaining a clear line of communication regarding financial performance.
Supervise management applications to ensure the accurate flow of information, respecting deadlines and enhancing reporting integrity.
Actively inform stakeholders about business activities, environmental factors, and potential risks or opportunities, fostering a culture of transparency.
Guarantee the accuracy of financial information by identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, enabling unbiased financial analysis.
Serve as a liaison between third parties and the accounting department, ensuring clarity in processes and implications of financial decisions.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial control or analysis is required.
Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory), English and Spanish is a plus
