Key Responsibilities
- Identify API requirements across different markets and insurance product types, and harmonization of local business needs
- Develop a digital strategy & roadmap, aiming at re-usability and cost effectiveness
- Stakeholder management
- Design of solutions in target systems, jointly with Architects, and development of training material to facilitate understanding of the solutions developed
- Lead the development in Agile, cross-functional teams, write epics, user stories (supported by Business Analysts) and prioritise the backlog
- Support technical discussions with Business Partners
- Strong experience in a similar position with self-responsible and results-driven manner
- Flexibility to quickly become acquainted with new project tasks, content and assignments
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to design new solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
- Trained in Agile / Scrum framework, experienced in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MSOffice, Open APIs
- Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering with fluency in business English
