Tasks
- Build and maintain our core CI/CD pipelines for a smooth, efficient path from code to deployment.
- Contribute to developing our scalable and resilient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible.
- Work with teammates to uphold technical standards and proactively resolve DevOps challenges.
- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems for platform stability.
- Manage and support Docker-based deployments across our hybrid-cloud (GCP/Hetzner) environment.
- Automate key processes to improve delivery speed, reduce manual effort, and boost reliability.
- Ensure service health and performance through automated and manual testing.
Requirements
- A solid foundation (2-4+ years) of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering role.
- Strong practical experience with Python, Docker, managing Linux environments, and at least one public cloud platform (e.g., GCP, Hetzner, AWS).
- Good working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and concepts (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Ansible for configuration management.
- A proactive and collaborative problem-solver who communicates technical ideas clearly in English and enjoys being part of a cross-functional team.
- You are pragmatic, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact in a lean DevOps setup.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Odoo environments, Sentry, SonarQube, or data orchestration tools.
