The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The internship program will have a duration of 12 months with the purpose to allow the trainee to have the first approach with the labor market, in the context of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. The trainee will be able to contact the various processes in Customer Analytics & Insight – Digital areas.
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Customer Analytics & Insight - Trainee role will make an impact:
- Background in Data Analytics for extract, combine, transform and organize different data sets using different sources and languages (SAS, SQL, Excel, VBA, PowerBI, other).
- Ability to work with AI & prompt engineering techniques.
- Creation, automation, and management reports to support decision making.
- Analyze data to answer business questions and to support the continues improvement.
- Implementation of new validation processes, data processes and alerts.
- Provide visibility on performance activities.
- Update reports & dashboards.
- Ensure priorities are clear and actioned on.
- Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity and fast capability to learn.
- Communication and person people skills.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Graduate or Master´s finalists in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics or other relevant area
- No experience needed (Preference 1y experience)
- Fluency in English
- Analytical thinking
- Written and oral communication skills
- Digital skills and know-how in design, photography and video shutting
- Team-working
