Your Role:
- Be the friendly voice or chat behind our customer support, helping clients with questions, technical issues, and account requests

- Fluent in Italian, Portuguese, or German (and strong English too!)
- Customer service experience is a bonus
- A natural communicator, team player, and problem-solver
