What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Staying updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
- Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
- Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Are excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
